Catan8 ("we," "us," "our") operates wancatan.com. This policy explains what data we collect when you use our free online Settlers of Catan game and how we handle it.

- Play games — game actions, chat messages, and match history
We also automatically collect standard technical data: IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and referral source. This data is used for security (rate limiting, abuse prevention) and basic analytics.

- To run multiplayer game sessions
- To display leaderboards, match history, and player statistics

Account data is retained as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing us.

Catan8 is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
